Amazon Now offers delivery partners more flexible ways to earn

As an Amazon Flex delivery partner, you can use your own vehicle to deliver Amazon packages as a flexible way of earning extra money on your own schedule. We are excited to offer you even more flexible ways to earn on your schedule.Amazon Now is a new delivery type available in select cities offering you blocks that are less than one hour. There are two types of offers with Amazon Now, schedule-ahead offers and instant offers. Amazon Now blocks are eligible for tips. You will always receive 100% of the tips you earn while making deliveries.

‍Amazon Now schedule-ahead offers

‍Schedule-ahead offers are ideal when you want to plan ahead and build your schedule around your available time and priorities. To find a schedule-ahead offer, go to the Offers screen > Filters > less than 1 hour > select all Amazon Now pickup locations in your region. You can schedule up to seven days in advance and deliveries can happen 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Amazon Now instant offers

‍Amazon Now instant offers provide another way to take advantage of this new type of delivery block. Instant offers show the pickup location, time of delivery earnings, and estimated distances for the deliveries and stops. Instant offers will only be visible to you if you mark your status as “Online” in the Instant offers map and are within five minutes driving distance of an Amazon Now pickup location. You can find the instant offers map by going to Menu > Offers > Instant offer map. You will not receive offers if you wait at the Amazon Now pickup location.

Picking up and delivering Amazon Now packages

‍Amazon Now pick-up locations are usually located in small storefronts in urban locations. Please check in by the time shown in the app, but do not arrive more than five minutes before your scheduled block. Follow the signs to check in. When your delivery route is ready, you will receive a push notification to proceed to the pickup area. We recommend picking up the order within one minute to ensure on-time delivery and avoid unassignment. Use the rack identifier to locate packages and scan each QR code. Press “Swipe to finish” immediately once done. Once you have picked up your Amazon Now package, you are ready to deliver. With Amazon Now, you will complete one or more deliveries per block, with each delivery having a specific deliver-by time listed in the app’s “Itinerary list” screen. Follow the in-app guidance for specific delivery information.
