Improving your experience in the updated Amazon Flex app

We’re committed to continuously improving your delivery experience. That’s why we introduced updates to the Amazon Flex app designed to make your blocks more efficient.

 Modernized app interface

When you log in to the Amazon Flex app, you will see a new, modern design. This includes an updated menu layout and in-app colors to provide a more consistent, intuitive in-app experience.

 Improved navigation view

During your delivery routes, a new navigation banner at the top of your delivery screen allows you to seamlessly toggle between your itinerary, trip overview, and map screen. This enhancement reduces the need for multiple taps, enabling quicker access to essential information while you are on the road.

‍Quick access to active deliveries

We have also added a convenient "Current Stop" button that appears when you temporarily leave the delivery screen to check your itinerary. With just one tap, you can instantly return to your active delivery. This helps you stay efficient during your routes.
