As an Amazon Flex delivery partner, you can reach your goals and maximize your earnings. From utilizing special promotions, to taking advantage of the perks in Amazon Flex Rewards¹, to planning and scheduling ahead to maximize how much you deliver, here are some ways to get the most value from your deliveries with Amazon Flex.

Utilize promotions

‍Promotions are opportunities to earn extra cash or Amazon Flex Rewards points by working a set number of delivery blocks in a specific time frame. Eligibility for promotions is based on location and demand. When a promotion is available to you, it will display in the “Challenges” screen in the Amazon Flex app. The Challenges screen ensures you can easily see all the promotion opportunities in one convenient location to maximize your earnings. When you see a promotion that interests you, tap it to view more details. As new promotions become available, we’ll notify you through email and app notifications, so you can take advantage of these extra earning opportunities.

Take advantage of Amazon Flex Rewards

‍With Amazon Flex Rewards, you have access to great rewards, like cash back and other discounts,¹ to make your earnings go further. The Amazon Flex Debit Card² gives eligible delivery partners up to 6% cash back on all fuel and eligible EV charging purchases, 2% cash back on Amazon.com and Whole Foods Market purchases, and 1% cash back on other purchases.² With Amazon Flex Rewards, you can also pad your wallet with hundreds of discounts through the free Stride app. This includes exclusive Amazon Flex featured discounts on fuel, tires, auto service, auto parts, slip-resistant footwear, as well as everyday expenses like food and wellness. You’re eligible for Amazon Flex Rewards when you successfully complete your first delivery block, and you can access the Amazon Flex Debit Card and other discounts by visiting the “Rewards Details” screen in “Your Dashboard” in the Amazon Flex app.

Plan and schedule ahead

Planning and scheduling delivery blocks in advance can help you secure more opportunities and maximize your earnings. Amazon Flex offers are released up to seven days in advance for you to schedule, to help with your planning. Amazon Flex Rewards also allows you to reserve your favorite blocks with Preferred Scheduling when you unlock Rewards Level 2. This enables you to set your preferred station, day of the week, and time of day in the Amazon Flex app, and start to see “Rewards Reserved Offers” in the Offers screen based on your preferences, when available. Finally, you may be offered a unique Reserved Offer opportunity based on location and demand, similar to promotions. These are available for a limited time to accept before the offer expires.
