We have made substantial investments in improving your experience as an Amazon Flex delivery partner by eliminating bots. This includes employing a dedicated bot-prevention team, leveraging advanced machine learning detection systems, and implementing enhanced CAPTCHA verification. We have also taken legal action against bot service providers to ensure fair access to Amazon Flex delivery blocks.

As a result of these efforts, in the past year we have reduced block acceptance by bots by more than 98%. Here is feedback we have heard from delivery partners like you.
