Fast, live chat now available for all Amazon Flex support topics

As an Amazon Flex delivery partner, it’s important that you have fast access to the information you need to make deliveries. To help ensure you get quick and accurate assistance in a convenient way, we have expanded the popular driver support option of live in-app chat. We’re excited to share that this feature is now available to help you with all Amazon Flex support topics, whether you need help with a delivery or have a question while at home.

Live chat lets you message the driver support team in real time and is a convenient choice for many delivery partners who want to save time. Most delivery partners are connected to live chat within 30 seconds after selecting the option. Questions received through live chat are also typically resolved 2.5 times faster than those received through email.

The expanded and improved live chat option covers delivery topics such as scanning and building access, as well as non-delivery topics including the Standings feature and payments. For non-delivery support, live chat is available in the Amazon Flex app from 5 a.m. to 7 p.m. US Pacific time by going to the main menu > “Help” > “Contact Us.” Once you select a topic from the menu, you’ll see information with answers to the most commonly asked questions. If you require further assistance, tap “More Help” for options to connect with the driver support team.

We offer live chat through the Amazon Flex app in addition to phone support, email support, and on-demand resources such as the in-app Learning Portal. These support options allow you to get the assistance you need in the quickest and most convenient way that suits your personal preferences.
