Customers recognize delivery partners for going the extra mile

We are incredibly thankful for all that you do to bring joy to Amazon customers every day—and they are too. During the latest Alexa, Thank My Driver promotion, Amazon customers thanked delivery drivers nearly 11 million times!

Any time a customer says “Alexa, thank my driver,” or searches “thank my driver” on Amazon.com or on the Amazon shopping app, the driver who completed their most recent delivery receives a compliment badge in the Amazon Flex app. During the December 2023 Alexa, Thank My Driver promotion, we added to the appreciation with a thank-you payment to delivery partners.
