AMAZON FLEX BINGO CHALLENGE

1. Sponsor

Amazon.com Services LLC, 410 Terry Avenue North, Seattle, WA 98109 ("Sponsor").

2. Contest Period

The Amazon Flex Bingo Challenge ("Contest") begins on September 28, 2026, at 12:01 AM PT and ends on October 11, 2026, at 11:59 PM PT ("Contest Period").

3. Eligibility

The Contest is open to active Amazon Flex delivery partners ("Participants") who meet all of the following criteria at the time of entry:

• Are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• Are active Amazon Flex delivery partners in the United States during the Contest Period and onboarded before September 17, 2026.
• Have not been deactivated or disqualified from the Amazon Flex program during the Contest Period.
• Employees of Amazon.com Services LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their immediate family members are not eligible.

4. How to Enter

No purchase necessary. Eligible Participants will receive a unique URL link via email prior to the start of the Contest Period. To enter: 

1.   Participants must have received a URL from Sponsor via the email address associated with their Amazon Flex account (the “URL”). The URL is personal to the recipient and may not be shared, transferred, sold, or assigned to any other individual. Use of a URL by anyone other than the intended recipient will result in disqualification of all associated entries and Contest activity. 

2. Beginning at 12:00:01 a.m. PT on September 28, 2026, eligible Participants may visit the Contest microsite (the “Microsite”) and via their URL to access their personalized bingo card. The Microsite URL will be provided in the Contest invitation email. Sponsor is not responsible for failure to access Microsite due to technical issues, internet connectivity problems, or other factors outside Sponsor’s reasonable control. 

3. Upon login, each Participant will receive a personalized 3x3 bingo card (the “Bingo Card”) containing nine (9) delivery tasks (each, a “Task”). 

4. To progress in the Contest, participants must complete the Tasks on their Bingo card through regular Amazon Flex delivery activities during the Contest Period. After completing each Task, participants must return to the Microsite, and manually mark the completed Task on their Bingo Card.

5. Tasks reflect delivery activities that are achievable through normal Amazon Flex delivery operations during the Contest Period. Completing Tasks beyond the requirements of a Bingo pattern does not confer any additional eligibility or prize benefit.  

5. Bingo Card Types and Assignment

There are three (3) Bingo card types in the US Contest. Card assignment is based on a Participant's geographic location and the available business lines in their delivery area. Participants will receive one (1) card type only and may not request a different Bingo Card. Card type and specific card assignment are determined by the Sponsor and are final and binding.

6. Bingo Card Squares

Each card contains nine (9) squares arranged in a 3x3 grid. The Tasks that will complete each square vary by card type and are listed below. “Block,” as referenced in squares’ Tasks, means “Delivery Block” as defined in the Amazon Flex Independent Contractor Terms of Service. For purposes of this Contest: (a) a block is “completed” after attempted delivery of all packages and (b) a “missed block” is an accepted block that is not canceled at least 45 minutes before block start time.  Where a square references a specific window of time, the time zone observed in the Participant’s geographic location will apply.

* Missed block means you canceled scheduled blocks within 45 minutes of start time.

7. Winning Patterns and Prizes

There are four (4) prize tiers based on the winning pattern achieved on a Participant's Bingo card. A Participant may only win one (1) prize. If a Participant qualifies for multiple tiers, they will receive only the highest tier prize.

Total estimated winners: 7,000 | Total estimated prize pool: $500,000 USD

Prize availability. The number of prizes available for Tiers 2, 3, and 4 is limited to the quantities specified in the table above. Once all available prizes in a tier have been awarded, that tier is closed. A Participant who completes a winning pattern after a tier has closed will be eligible for the next highest available tier prize for which they qualify. Sponsor's delivery records and system timestamps are the sole and definitive source for determining completion order.

Tier 2: 3-in-a-Row Winning Combinations – Horizontal or Vertical

Each card type has six (6) possible 3-in-a-row combinations.

Tier 4: X for Flex Winning Combinations

RSR: Completed 3 blocks + Completed 4 blocks + Completed a block on Wednesday + Completed 2 blocks in 2 consecutive days + Completed 5 blocks

I/O & AGL: Completed 2 Instant Offer blocks + Completed an early morning block (3 AM to 6 AM) + Completed 3 blocks in 3 consecutive days + Completed an afternoon block (4 PM to 8 PM) + Completed 1 Instant Offer block

Standard: Completed 3 blocks + Completed an early morning block (3 AM to 6 AM) + Completed 3 blocks in 3 consecutive days + Completed an afternoon block (4 PM to 8 PM) + Completed 5 blocks

8.  Winner Selection – First to Finish

This is a first-to-finish contest.  Winners are determined by which eligible Participants are among the first to submit a valid, verified, completed winning Bingo Card pattern during the Contest Period. The order of submission is determined by the timestamp recorded by the Sponsor’s systems at the time of submission on the microsite. Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for this contest.

For each prize tier, prizes will be awarded in order of validated submission timestamp until the prize limit for that tier is reached. Once the prize limit for a given tier has been reached, no further prizes will be awarded for that tier, regardless of subsequent valid submissions. 

Submission of a Bingo Card does not guarantee a prize. A participant is not a winner of any prize unless and until their submitted Bingo Card has been validated against Amazon Flex backend delivery records and their eligibility has been confirmed by Sponsor. 

Where a Participant qualifies for multiple tiers, the highest tier prize applies. Selection priority is as follows:

1.       Tier 4 (X for Flex) winners are determined first.

2.       Tier 3 (4 Corners) winners are determined second.

3.       Tier 2 (3-in-a-Row) winners are determined third.

4.       Tier 1 (Special Discount Code) is awarded to all remaining eligible Participants who played and were not disqualified. 

8.1 Winner Verification

Each potential prize winner is subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these official rules by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the contest. An eligible participant is not a winner of any prize, even if their submission timestamp would otherwise qualify them, unless and until that potential winner's eligibility and compliance with these official rules has been verified and the potential winner has been notified that verification is complete.

All submitted Bingo Cards will be validated against Amazon Flex backend delivery records to confirm that each marked Task was completed as claimed. In cases of any discrepancy between a participant’s self-reported markings on the Microsite and the backend records, the backend records will control.

8.2 Alternate Winner

If a potential winner cannot be contacted and does not claim the prize within the required 78 hour timeframe , or is otherwise disqualified for any reason, Sponsor may award the applicable prize to the next Eligible Participant who submitted a valid completed winning pattern for that tier, as determined by submission timestamp. Sponsor will conduct no more than one (1) alternate selection per prize, after which any remaining prizes may remain un-awarded at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

8.3 Prize Limits and Restrictions

Limit one (1) prize per eligible participant for Tiers 2, 3, and 4. If a participant’s submitted Bingo Card qualifies for more than one prize tier, the participant will receive only the prize associated with the highest completed winning pattern they qualify for.

All Eligible Participants who log in to the Contest Microsite and complete at least one (1) Task during the Contest Period are eligible for the Tier 1 participation reward regardless of whether they also win a higher tier prize. 

Prizes are awarded “AS IS” and without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Prizes are non-transferable, non-assignable, and have no cash value except as otherwise stated. No prize substitutions are permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. 

Participants are solely responsible for all applicable income taxes arising from receipt of any prize. The fair market value of any prize received under this Contest will be included in the participant’s reported earnings as required by applicable laws. 

In the event of a tie at any tier level, priority will be determined by the Sponsor's verified delivery data-recorded timestamp of the Participants’ final qualifying activity. Sponsor's actual delivery records are final and binding.

9. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified via email at the address associated with their Amazon Flex account within 14 business days following the end of the Contest Period. Prize eGift cards will be delivered to the winner's email. Winners must log in to the gift card provider's site to activate their prize. Prizes not claimed within 78 hours of email notification may be subject to forfeiture and will be awarded to an alternate winner per Section 8.2

10. Prize Conditions

•         eGift cards are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing retailer.

•         eGift cards are subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the issuing provider.

11. Disqualification

Participants may be disqualified for any of the following:

•         Violation of Amazon Flex program policies during the Contest Period.

•         Fraudulent activity or manipulation of contest mechanics, including but not limited to using bots, scripts, or automated tools; sharing, transferring, selling, or assigning a unique URL link to someone other than the intended recipient; and using a URL link assigned to a different recipient.

•         Failure to meet eligibility requirements at any time during the Contest Period.

•         Deactivation from the Amazon Flex platform during the Contest Period.

12. General Conditions

•         Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest.

•         By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.

•         Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries.

•         Participation constitutes Participant's permission for Sponsor to use the winner's first name and delivery region for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

13. Limitation of Liability

By participating in this Contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Amazon.com Services LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising from or related to: (a) participation in the Contest; (b) the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize; or (c) any technical errors or failures related to the Contest.

14. Governing Law

These Contest Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of laws principles.  Any disputes shall be resolved on an individual basis and exclusively in the courts of King County, Washington.

15. Privacy

Information collected from Participants in connection with this Contest will be used solely for Contest administration and will be handled in accordance with Amazon's Privacy Notice. No additional personal information is required beyond what is already associated with the Participant's Amazon Flex account.

16. No Effect on Standing

Participation in the Amazon Flex Bingo Challenge is voluntary and will not impact your eligibility to deliver with Amazon Flex or your Standing.
