3.1  Login Code Required

To participate, Eligible Participants must have received a unique login code from Sponsor via the email address associated with their Amazon Flex account (the "Login Code"). The Login Code is personal to the recipient and may not be shared, transferred, sold, or assigned to any other individual. Use of a Login Code by anyone other than the intended recipient will result in disqualification of all associated entries and Contest activity.

3.4  Completing Tasks

To progress in the Contest, participants must complete the Tasks on their Bingo Card through regular Amazon Flex delivery activities during the Contest Period. 4.2  Winner Selection — First to Finish

THIS IS A FIRST-TO-FINISH CONTEST. Winners are determined by which Eligible Participants are among the first to submit a valid, verified, completed winning Bingo Card pattern during the Contest Period. The order of submission is determined by the timestamp recorded by Sponsor's systems at the time of submission on the Microsite. Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for this Contest.

For each prize tier, prizes will be awarded in order of validated submission timestamp until the prize limit for that tier is reached. Once the prize limit for a given tier has been reached, no further prizes will be awarded for that tier, regardless of subsequent valid submissions.

SUBMISSION OF A BINGO CARD DOES NOT GUARANTEE A PRIZE. A PARTICIPANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE UNLESS AND UNTIL THEIR SUBMITTED BINGO CARD HAS BEEN VALIDATED AGAINST AMAZON FLEX BACKEND DELIVERY RECORDS AND THEIR ELIGIBILITY HAS BEEN CONFIRMED BY SPONSOR.

4.3  Winner Verification

EACH POTENTIAL PRIZE WINNER IS SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION OF ELIGIBILITY AND COMPLIANCE WITH THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY SPONSOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE CONTEST. AN ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE, EVEN IF THEIR SUBMISSION TIMESTAMP WOULD OTHERWISE QUALIFY THEM, UNLESS AND UNTIL THAT POTENTIAL WINNER'S ELIGIBILITY AND COMPLIANCE WITH THE OFFICIAL RULES HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND THE POTENTIAL WINNER HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE.

In addition to eligibility verification, all submitted Bingo Cards will be validated against Amazon Flex backend delivery records as set forth in Section 5 below.

4.4  Alternate Winner

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to return any required Acknowledgment or tax documentation within the required timeframe, fails validation under Section 5, or is otherwise disqualified for any reason, Sponsor may award the applicable prize to the next Eligible Participant who submitted a valid completed winning pattern for that tier, as determined by submission timestamp. Sponsor will conduct no more than one (1) alternate selection per prize, after which any remaining prizes may remain un-awarded at Sponsor's sole discretion.

4.5  Prize Limits and Restrictions

Limit one (1) prize per eligible participant for Tiers 2, 3, and 4. If a participant's submitted Bingo Card qualifies for more than one prize tier, the participant will receive only the prize associated with the highest completed winning pattern. All Eligible Participants who log in to the Contest Microsite and complete at least one (1) Task during the Contest Period are eligible for the Tier 1 participation reward regardless of whether they also win a higher tier prize.

Prizes are awarded "AS IS" and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied, including without limitation any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Prizes are non-transferable, non-assignable, and have no cash value except as otherwise stated. No prize substitutions are permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes applicable to any prize received. The fair market value of any prize valued at six hundred dollars ($600) or more may be reported to the Internal Revenue Service on IRS Form 1099-MISC or such other applicable tax form. Winners must provide any information required by Sponsor to facilitate tax reporting, including but not limited to a completed IRS Form W-9. Failure to provide required tax information within the timeframe specified by Sponsor may result in forfeiture of the prize.

4.6  Tier Exhaustion

Once all prizes for a given tier have been awarded, that tier is closed and no further prizes will be awarded for that tier. Participants who submit a valid winning pattern after a tier has closed will still receive the Tier 1 participation reward (if otherwise eligible) but will not receive the prize associated with the closed tier. Sponsor is not obligated to provide real-time notification to participants when a tier is closed.

4.7  Prize Fulfillment

Prizes will be fulfilled as follows:

•  Tier 2 and Tier 3 gift cards will be delivered digitally to the email address associated with the winner's Amazon Flex account following validation and eligibility confirmation.

•  Tier 4 airline gift cards will be delivered digitally to the email address associated with the winner's Amazon Flex account. The airline gift card is valued at two thousand dollars ($2,000) and may be used toward the purchase of airline travel on the issuing carrier, subject to the carrier's applicable terms and conditions, restrictions, blackout dates, and expiration policies. Sponsor is not responsible for any restrictions imposed by the issuing carrier.

•  Tier 1 participation rewards will be fulfilled via the Flex Rewards program or equivalent digital delivery method, as determined by Sponsor.

•  Sponsor is not responsible for prizes that are lost, stolen, damaged, or undeliverable once issued.

SECTION 5. VALIDATION AND FRAUD PREVENTION

This section sets forth the validation process applicable to all Contest entries. Validation is a core element of this skill-based Contest and is designed to ensure fairness for all participants.

5.1  Task Validation Against Delivery Records

ALL BINGO CARD TASK COMPLETIONS WILL BE CROSS-REFERENCED WITH AMAZON FLEX BACKEND DELIVERY RECORDS, INCLUDING TIMESTAMPS, BEFORE ANY PRIZE IS AWARDED. If a participant marks a Task as complete on the Microsite but Amazon Flex backend delivery records do not confirm completion of that Task during the Contest Period, the marking will be considered invalid and the submission will be rejected. A participant whose submission is rejected due to failed validation may be disqualified from the Contest at Sponsor's sole discretion.

5.2  Sponsor's Determination is Final

Sponsor's determination of whether any Task has been completed, and whether any submitted Bingo Card is valid, is final and binding. Participants acknowledge and agree that Sponsor's backend delivery records are the authoritative source for confirming Task completion, and that no other evidence or documentation provided by a participant will override Sponsor's records.

5.3  Disqualification for False or Inaccurate Entries

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to have submitted false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information in connection with their Contest entry, or who has marked Tasks on their Bingo Card that were not confirmed by Amazon Flex backend delivery records. Disqualified participants forfeit all prizes and Contest benefits, including the Tier 1 participation reward. Sponsor also reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies against any individual found to have engaged in fraudulent conduct in connection with the Contest.

5.4  System Integrity

ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE MICROSITE, CIRCUMVENT THE VALIDATION PROCESS, UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST, OR OBTAIN AN UNFAIR ADVANTAGE IN THE CONTEST MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW, AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

5.5  Login Code Integrity

Each Login Code issued by Sponsor is personal to the recipient and may only be used by the intended recipient. Any attempt to share, sell, transfer, or otherwise misuse a Login Code will result in disqualification of all entries and Contest activity associated with that Login Code. Sponsor is not responsible for Login Codes that are lost, stolen, or accessed by unauthorized parties.

SECTION 6. WINNER NOTIFICATION

Potential winners will be notified by Sponsor via the email address associated with their Amazon Flex account following validation and eligibility confirmation. It is the participant's sole responsibility to ensure that the email address associated with their Amazon Flex account is current, accurate, and able to receive email communications. Sponsor is not responsible for notifications that are undeliverable, filtered to a spam or junk folder, or otherwise not received by the intended recipient.

Except where prohibited by applicable law, each potential winner may be required to sign and return an Acknowledgment of Eligibility, Liability, and Publicity Release (the "Acknowledgment") within the timeframe specified by Sponsor in order to claim their prize. Failure to return a completed Acknowledgment within the required timeframe, or failure to provide required tax documentation within the timeframe specified by Sponsor, may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize, which may be awarded to an alternate participant in accordance with Section 4.4.

SECTION 7. GENERAL TERMS

7.1  General Conditions

By participating in the Contest, each participant agrees that the Released Parties shall not be responsible or liable for, and shall be held harmless by participants against, any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses of any kind arising out of or in connection with participation in the Contest, acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, or participation in any Contest-related activity.

7.3  Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Contest and/or acceptance of a prize constitutes each winner's grant to Sponsor (which grant will be confirmed in writing upon Sponsor's request) of the right and permission to print, publish, broadcast, and use, worldwide, in any media now known or hereafter developed, the winner's name, voice, likeness, photograph, and biographical information, for advertising, trade, and promotional purposes without additional consideration, compensation, permission, or notification. Any winner who objects to such use should contact Sponsor in writing at the address listed in Section 7.6 prior to accepting their prize.

7.4  Confidentiality

As part of the Contest, Eligible Participants may receive or have access to certain non-public confidential information ("Confidential Information"), which may include but is not limited to information about the Contest structure, prizes, timing, and mechanics prior to public announcement. By entering this Contest, each Eligible Participant acknowledges and agrees that all Confidential Information must not be disclosed to any third party for any reason, except to the extent necessary to participate in the Contest. This confidentiality obligation survives the end of the Contest Period and the conclusion of the Contest.

7.5  Privacy

Sponsor's collection and use of personal information is subject to Amazon's Privacy Notice, available at https://www.amazon.com/privacy. By participating in the Contest, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information as described in these Official Rules and Amazon's Privacy Notice.
