Official Rules
PLEASE READ THESE RULES CAREFULLY. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENTNECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCESOF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW AND OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES.
1. PROMOTION DESCRIPTION. The Amazon Flex Activation/OnboardingSurvey 2025 Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is an internal sweepstakes open only to certain Amazon Flex delivery partners as described below. The Sweepstakes will be void where prohibited and is not open to the general public or individuals not meeting the Eligibility Requirements outlined in these Official Rules.
2. ELIGIBILITY. The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older and an Amazon Flex delivery partner independent contractor of Amazon Logistics,Inc. (“Amazon,” “Sponsor,” “we,” or “us”) and who received an email invite to the Sweepstakes from Amazon.
3. HOW TO ENTER. The Sweepstakes will begin 12:00:01 a.m. (PT) onNovember 26, 2025, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. (PT) on December 17, 2025 (the“Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time keeping devicefor this Sweepstakes. Eligible individuals can enter the Sweepstakes through the below method(s) during the Sweepstakes Period.
Entry Method: Check the email offer and complete the surveyprovided in the email.
Limit one (1) entry per Amazon Flex delivery partner during the Sweepstakes Period. Additional entries will not be awarded for completing the survey more than once.
You may receive emails notifying you that you have submitted an entry. This email is not a notification that you have won or confirmation that you areeligible.
4. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION.
4.1. General Drawing Selection. There will be ten (10) winners.Each winner will be determined by a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Each winner will receive a $50 Amazon gift card as the prize(“Prize”).
The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of all Prizes is $500.00 USD. Limit one(1) Prize per person. We will notify the potential winners for each Prize bye-mail within 5 business days following the drawing and the Prize will be paiddirectly to their account. Except where legally prohibited, each potential winner may be required to sign and return an Acknowledgment of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release (“Acknowledgment”) in order to claim his/her Prize. The Prizes will be awarded “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty ofmerchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period.
4.2. Winner Verification. EACH POTENTIAL PRIZE WINNERIS SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION OF ELIGIBILITY AND COMPLIANCE WITH THESE OFFICIALRULES BY SPONSOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES. AN ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE, EVEN IF THE NAME OF THE POTENTIAL WINNER HAS BEEN ANNOUNCED, UNLESS AND UNTIL THAT POTENTIAL WINNER’S ELIGIBILITY AND COMPLIANCE WITH THE OFFICIAL RULES HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND THE POTENTIAL WINNER HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE.
4.3. Alternate Winner. If a potential winner cannot be contacted or if he/she fails to sign and return the Acknowledgement, if applicable, within the required time period, or in the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor may award the applicable Prize to an alternate winner selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor or Sponsor’s designee from among all remaining eligible entries. Only one (1) alternate drawing will be held, after which any remaining Prize will remain un-awarded.
4.4. Restrictions: If you are selected as a potential winner, the information you previously submitted in connection with your participation in the Amazon Flex program and the information you submit in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used to fulfill the Prize. Winners will be responsible for paying all costs and expenses related to the Prize that are not specifically mentioned, including, but not limited to, taxes, and any other expenses that might reasonably be incurred by the winner in receiving or using the Prize. Sponsor reserves the right to make equivalent Prize substitutions at its sole discretion. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen Prizes or components of a Prize.
5. GENERAL TERMS.
5.1. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be attempting to tamper with or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes; to violate these Official Rules; or to act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Sponsor in its sole discretion will determine whether a participant has qualified for an entry into the Sweepstakes according to the terms specified in these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to, in its sole discretion,void any suspect entries and (a) cancel or terminate the Sweepstakes (or anyportion thereof); (b) modify the Sweepstakes or suspend the Sweepstakes toaddress the impairment and then resume the Sweepstakes in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; and/ or (c) award the Prize at random from among the eligible, non-suspect Entries received up to the time ofthe impairment. If your entry is incomplete, your entry may be void.
5.2. Limitations of Liability and Release: Sponsor, andits agencies are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen, misdirected, or illegible entries; lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections, garbled transmissions or miscommunications, telephone transmission problems; computer or software malfunctions or damage to a user’s computer equipment (software or hardware); technical failures; or other errors or malfunctions of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic,or otherwise. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW, AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
By participating in the Sweepstakes, participants agree that Sponsor will not be responsible, will have no liability for, and will be held harmless byparticipants for any legal claims arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or in any Sweepstakes-related activity, and all participants hereby release Sponsor from any such claims. The Sweepstakes is provided “as is,” and Sponsor makes no warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. Some jurisdictions may not allow the foregoing limitations or exclusions, so some of the above limitations or exclusions may not apply. Check local laws for any restrictions or limitations regarding these limitations or exclusions.
5.3. Publicity: Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes Winner’s grant to Sponsor (which grant will be confirmed in writing on request of Sponsor) the right and permission to print, publish, broadcast, and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed the Winner’s name, voice, likeness, biographical information, and quotes for advertising, trade, and promotional purposes without additional consideration, compensation, permission, or notification.
5.4. Confidentiality: As part of the Sweepstakes, eligible participants may receive or have access to certain non-public “Confidential Information”. By entering this Sweepstakes, eligible participants acknowledgeand agree that all Confidential Information must and will not be disclosed to any third party for any reason, except to the extent necessary to participatein the Sweepstakes.
5.5. Governing Law: Federal, state and local laws apply. These Official Rules are governed by federal law, as well as the law of the State of Delaware, without the application of its conflict of laws principles, and will apply no matter where you live or participate in the Sweepstakes.
