‍Update 01/16/2025: After extraordinary participation by the community, drivers have been thanked through Thank My Driver over 5 million times in the US and the 2024 promotion is over. The Compliments don't stop though! If you receive a special thanks, you’ll continue to get Compliments in the Amazon Flex app, which you can view in Your Dashboard.

Update 12/11/24: Customers have used the Thank My Driver feature more than two million times to thank delivery drivers like you! After extraordinary participation by the community, the $5 campaign has ended. But we’re not done! Starting today, and through the end of December, the 1,000 most thanked delivery drivers each day will receive $100 each. Plus, the top seven most-thanked drivers each full week until the end of December (once from Dec. 11-17, Dec. 18-24, and again from Dec. 25-31), will receive $10,000 each. Finally, at the end of December, the top seven most thanked drivers across the full promotional period, which started on December 4, will each receive $25,000 plus an additional $25,000 to a charity of their choice.

We are incredibly thankful for all you do to bring joy to Amazon customers every day – and they are too! Since we first launched Thank My Driver in 2022, customers have been using Alexa-enabled devices and Amazon shopping to give more than 40 million ‘thank yous.’

We are thrilled to announce the return of Thank My Driver, giving Amazon customers the opportunity to show you even more gratitude for delivering smiles this holiday season.

Starting December 4, when a customer says “Alexa, thank my driver” from an Alexa-enabled device, or searches “thank my driver” on the web or mobile app, the driver who completed that customer’s most recent delivery will receive $5 per ‘thank you,’ until two million ‘thank yous’ are reached. You’ll see the additional thank you payment reflected in the Earnings tab of the Amazon Flex app. You will also receive a special Thank My Driver Compliment badge, which you can view in the ‘Your Dashboard’ tab in the app.

Eligibility

The Thank My Driver 2024 promotion is only open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are (a) Amazon Flex delivery partners delivering on or after December 4 through the end of the promotion, and (ii) 21 years of age or older. Void where prohibited by law. Members of the general public, inactive Amazon Flex delivery partners, employees of Amazon.com (http://amazon.com/) Services LLC (“Amazon”), their subsidiaries, affiliates, promotion and advertising agencies, and members of their immediate family (spouse and parent, children and siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household, whether or not related, of such employees, are not eligible to participate.
